What do you think would happen if you stepped out of your comfort zone and did something different than what "you have always done?"

We have come across many situations where families want certain memorials for their loved ones, but the cemetery doesn't allow them. When I hear these stories, it breaks my heart. This is a great example of why our industry needs to change old habits and start focusing on the families we serve.

Families want to express the unique passions of their loved ones. They want to tell the story of their life. We need to step outside of the box, and give our families what they want and not just what we are used to selling.
